I found Jordan IT Services when I was looking for practical training in web site development. I wanted to learn the basics to build a web site to promote our new equality consultancy service. After speaking with Andrew I signed up for half a day's training, and well… I haven't stopped being impressed since. Jordan IT has been helpful, efficient, effective and a pleasure to work with.

Being an absolute beginner with a computer l realised l needed someone who could give me one to one tuition so l contacted several people who offered this service and after a phone call to Andrew Jordan l felt confident he was the one who would give
me the support l was looking for.

Nothing was too much trouble, he would guide me through any problems l had, he was so understanding and patient, a virtue sadly lacking today, even the simplest questions he explained several times until l understood them fully.

He also set up my computer as user friendly as possible for me. After several home visits l now enjoy using my computer knowing that if l have a query l can phone Andrew at Jordan IT Services for helpful advice or a home visit l wish him every success in the future.
